REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to Boiler Plant Supervisor and/or Location Maintenance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide carpentry skills necessary for maintaining facilities.
2. Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for job completion or inventory replacement per established Company procedure.
3. Does non-related job tasks when necessary.
AUTHORITIES:
Work with maintenance and location personnel. |

| Qualifications: |
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Constructs, remodels and repairs wooden structures, buildings and their furnishings.
2. Familiar with the various grades and types of wood, building materials and their proper use.
3. Should be able to work from blueprints and sketches.
4. Skilled in use of tools common to the trade.
5. This position may require the use of respiratory protection. OSHA standards require a clean-shaven face and a medical screening.
6. Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
7. Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
8. Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
9. Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
10. Must possess a valid driver's license. |
