REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Mammoth Location Maintenance Manager and indirectly to the R&M Purchasing Agent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide location and Park-wide maintenance personnel with materials necessary to perform R&M duties.
2.Maintain a controlled and secure environment for the location inventory
3.Requisition, receive, store, issue, and transfer physical inventory items.
4.Maintain all records and reports associated with the inventory and transactions.
5.Utilize the inventory control system to facilitate the maintenance and control of the inventory.
6.Conduct periodic physical inventories of all storeroom items. May assist with physical inventory audits at all locations.
7.Create, print, update, track, and close work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) database while monitoring work orders for completeness and accuracy. Provide CMMS reports as required by management and other departments.
8.Work with operations departments, management and engineering to enhance the function, usability, and integrity of the CMMS database.
9.Assist with training of new and returning Staff Assistant/Storekeeper personnel in proper inventory control procedures and CMMS procedures. Serve as a resource to assist other locations.
10.Assist with the development and implementation of effective CMMS preventive maintenance, inspection, and opening/closing procedures.
11.Maintain records and reports as requested.
12.Answer telephone and serve as a message/information center.
13.May assist with the development, enhancement and implementation of cyclic and preventive maintenance procedures required for proper care of assigned assets.
14.Maintain a spirit of cooperation within department and throughout the property.
15.Performs other non-related tasks when necessary.

| Qualifications: |
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1.Knowledge of inventory control and general accounting procedures, basic computer functions and operations, telephone handling procedures, typing and adding machine skills.
2.Able to understand and perform necessary CMMS and inventory control system tasks in an accurate, effective, and timely manner.
3.Must conform to Company purchasing, warehouse and freight procedures.
4.Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
5.Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
6.Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
7.Must possess a valid driver's license.
AUTHORITIES:
·Work with maintenance and location personnel.
·To prevent and report the occurrence of unsafe work practices and situations. |
