REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to the Activity Sales lead
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Activity Sales Agents are responsible for supplying guests with accurate information about our services and facilities as well as effective use of sales skills to aid in the sale of those services. Included among the responsibilities are the following:
1. To perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service while simultaneously maximizing corporate profit.
2. To greet guests and provide them with accurate information and answers to their inquiries.
3. To promote and sell park activities, transportation, and lodging.
4. To acquaint guests with services available in the area.
5. To adhere to department and Company policies and procedures.
6. To accurately follow accounting procedures.
7. To perform other duties as assigned. |

May to October. Shorter seasons possible for some positions. Winter positions available too. |

| Qualifications: |
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Human relation skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact.
2. Communication skills.
3. Knowledge of CRT keyboard and printer operation.
4. Sales skills.
5. Basic accounting skills.
6. Ability and intelligence to learn technical aspects of the activities desk.
7. Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
8. Knowledge of park facilities, activities, and features. |
