REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports directly to the Dining Room Manager and/or Food and
Beverage Manager on duty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maximize corporate profit while simultaneously maximize guest service.
2. To clear and set tables in accordance with all sanitation and Dining Room standards.
3. To transport dirty tableware from the Dining Room to the dish drop area and sort accordingly.
4. To maintain an organized and fully stocked side stand with the Dining Room.
5. To assist waits and hosts when specifically requested.
6. To be knowledgeable of all menus and general guest information.
7. Maintains appearance and uniform standards.
8. Maintains communication and teamwork with all co-workers (FOH/BOH and supervisors).
9. Complete side duties within each shift.
10. Handles all guest service issues in an immediate and gracious manner.
11. To assist with other duties when requested.
AUTHORITIES:
To respond immediately and graciously to guest service issues and report the situation to the appropriate wait or Dining Room Manager on duty. |

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
1. Lifting and balancing of Dining Room service trays.
2. Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and supervisors.
4. Must know floor plan. |
