Job Summary: REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports directly to the Manager on duty and/or Shift Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The responsibilities of the Café Crew include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service. 2. Maintain employee appearance and uniform standards. 3. Develop and promotes a teamwork attitude with all co-workers. 4. Maintain open and positive communication with supervisors and co-workers. 5. Act in a professional manner with the awareness that all actions and communications are within guest views. 6. Greet guests and handle all service issues in an immediate and gracious manner. 7. Be knowledgeable of all menu item specials and item specifications, and adhere to those specifications. 8. Practice suggestive selling. 9. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas. 10. Follow the correct food preparation procedures. 11. Approach all situations at work in a positive manner that promotes an enjoyable work experience. Job Benefits: In park shared dorm-style $7.50 per day, per person through payroll deduction. RV sites are also available (this is your own vehicle) with full hook ups for $35.00 per week per RV. Employee's meals are provided in the employee dining room and are paid through payroll deduction. EOE/AA Qualifications: SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: 1. Ability to work on your feet for an eight-hour period. 2. Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 40 pounds. 3. Ability to read recipes, schedules, and cash register receipts. 4.
